Banana Bread Protein Pancakes


  • 1/4 tsp Stevia
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 scoop Cinnamon Whey Protein
  • 1/4 cup Kodiak Cakes Pancake Mix
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk


  1. Warm up skillet on stove top

  2. Mash your ripe and unpeeled banana in a mixing bowl until almost lump free

  3. Add an egg white and vanilla extract, and mix until combined

  4. Add all dry ingredients to the bowl (pancake mix, protein powder, stevia, cinnamon, and baking powder) and mix well

  5. Add almond milk to the batter and stir until there is an even consistency

  6. Add your pancake batter to the skillet to form pancakes

  7. When bubbles form on top of pancakes, flip them over and let them cook on the other side 

  8. Remove your cooked pancakes and repeat until all the batter is gone

  9. Add butter or syrup to your pancakes, eat them plain, or save them for your meal prep. Most importantly, enjoy!
