Using a microwave safe bowl, add your peanut butter and agave. Heat on 30 second intervals and mix - continue until combined and smooth.
Add and stir in vanilla extract and pumpkin puree to the peanut butter mixture.
Pour wet mixture in to the dry mixture and mix well. If the consistency is too dry and not mixing, add almond milk and stir. If the consistency is too wet, you can add in additional oats.
Using your hands, form into small sized balls.
Once finished you can roll in additional sugar and cinnamon (optional).
Refrigerate for 15 minutes before eating.
